trade to share, some Mary developed herself. After your wall hanging sized quilt top is basted learn a few appliqué tricks for making smooth curves and sharp points. $10.00 kit fee includes your choice of available patterns, gridded interfacing, and bees wax.

The Un-Tailored Jacket

Make a terrific jacket that is easy to build a wardrobe around. We will construct a jacket with set-in sleeves and facings. Optional details include collars, cuffs, patch or inseam pockets
and lining.

Cheryl has some great techniques for doing an easy  lining/underlining using fusible interfacing.

You have the option to get creative with your choice of fabric(s) and closures.

Barb will show you Carolyn's fast and easy pieced wall sized sampler of favorite quilt blocks for quilters of all levels. 

Blocks taught are:  Ohio Star, Bowtie, Log Cabin, Flying Geese, Dresden Plate, applique, variable stars, Hole in the Barn Door, asymmetrical stars, double 4 patch, checkerboard, hourglass and Bargello.
